Mr. Deschenes' areas of practice are focused on institutional-grade, mid-to-large scale multi-family assets and portfolio work in Ontario and beyond. Mr. Deschenes has a Bachelor of Arts (Urban Geography) from the University of Western Ontario and has been a designated appraiser (AACI, P.App) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2000. Mr. Deschenes has been a guest lecturer at the University of Western Ontario, as well as participated as a guest speaker in break-out sessions at the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference (CAIC) and the North American New Apartment Construction and Mixed-Use Symposium (Aptcon).

Her experience includes multi-family asset management on behalf of pension and segregated fund clients, as well as an established career as a fee appraiser. Ms. Peeken's areas of practice are focused on mid-to-large scale and institutional-grade multi-family properties, new rental housing construction projects, and non-profit, affordable, and social housing projects across Ontario. Ms. Peeken has an Honours B.A. (Urban Development) from the University of Western Ontario, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (D.U.L.E.) from the University of British Columbia, and has been a designated appraiser (AACI, P.App) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2010.

Mr. Hilton is currently working towards the AACI, P.App designation (Appraisal Institute of Canada) and Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
